The popup blockers are stopping the forms from opening in a new page when you click on the document link for the page you want to view. Popup blockers can be found on Google Toolbars, Yahoo Toolbars, and under the Tools menu in Internet Explorer. Be aware that some popup blockers will turn themselves back on every time you restart your computer.
