After School Care Program

Champions Aftercare Enrollment Policy

All families are required to complete an enrollment form for Champions Aftercare, regardless of their intended use of the program. This ensures the safety and supervision of all students in the event they are not picked up promptly at dismissal.

  • Enrollment Fee: Families will only be charged the Champions enrollment fee if aftercare services are utilized.

  • Late Pick-Up: Any student not picked up within 15 minutes of the school’s designated dismissal time will be sent to Champions Aftercare for supervision.

  • First Day of School Requirement: In order for a student to attend school on the first day, a completed Champions enrollment form must be on file in the school office. Students without a form on file will not be permitted on campus until this requirement is met.

This policy is in place to ensure student safety and proper supervision at all times.
